Digital Delivery & Shipping
- Instant Digital Access: Since all our products are digital e-books, no physical items will be shipped to your address.
- Delivery Method: Upon completing your payment, your e-book(s) will be delivered directly to the email address associated with your PayPal account.
- Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically processed instantly. However, please allow anywhere from 10 minutes up to 1 hours maximum for delivery.
- Email Check: If you don't see the email in your inbox within 1 hours, please check your Spam/Junk folder before reaching out to support.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Due to the digital nature of e-books (which are non-returnable once downloaded), all sales are generally final. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we offer refunds under specific eligible circumstances:
Eligible Refund Scenarios:
- Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same e-book twice in a single transaction.
- Corrupted/Unreadable Files: If the file provided is defective, unopenable, or incomplete, and our technical team cannot fix it within 24 hours.
- Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your purchase within 24 hours of completing payment and our team is unable to deliver it.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
- Change of mind after downloading or receiving the file.
- Incompatibility issues resulting from using unauthorized or unsupported third-party software.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or resolve a delivery issue, please email our support team at support@ebooksblogg.com with the following details:
- Your Order ID / PayPal Transaction ID.
- The email address used for payment.
- A brief explanation of the issue (including screenshots if applicable).
We aim to review and process all genuine refund requests within 24 to 48 hours.
